Leather Jacket & Floral Dress Under $50
Yellow Floral Dress // Blank NYC Jacket // Chinese Laundry – Kristin Cavallari Booties // Tory Burch Bag
Missing the streets of New York City! This outfit was one of my favorite looks while I was there. It was taken just outside of our brand new hotel (like just opened this September brand new) and it was hidden back behind all this fun greenery. So many people would walk by wondering what it was . and it was in the best location. Next time you’re in Manhattan, look for MADE Hotel. It’s so cute and they have the best beds and staff. Even if you’re not staying you should hop in and take a peek! I stayed there with Stephanie from Urban Blonde and we had the best time!
I wore this dress to lunch with Stephanie and some new friends, and the cutout neck detail of it is the cutest! The city is so busy and energetic, that I wanted to be comfortable exploring and walking around and this dress was the perfect fit. These aren’t the greatest shoes for long distances, but for a short walk or just standing around they are pretty comfortable.
Fall weather can be a wide range of temperatures, some days in NYC it was warm and then by dusk it felt like it was freezing! I always kept a light jacket or cardigan with me since I have a tendency to always be cold. Finally this bag was the perfect size and I’m so happy I brought it. When you’re running around the city place to place and there’s not a lot of time to go home and change or relax. So this bag was such a great size and was able to hold my favorite makeups so I could touch up on the go. There was also room for my wallet, a brush, my phone, and even a little more. It also magnetically closes so I wasn’t worried about stuff falling out all the time!
BLAIRE UPDATE: If you watched my instastories today you know that I’m hanging out with Blaire today! She had surgery this morning to fix an achy tooth and they ended up pulling it. No big deal but it’s hard watching your baby be scared and having to be put under. She did great tho and about an hour after she woke up she was back to normal. It was a little scary when she first came out because she was so out of it and couldn’t stop crying. I hated seeing her like that! I promised her she could pick out a toy for being so good so we will be heading to the toy store soon. Thanks to everyone who checked in on her! Love you guys! <3 -Stefanie
